Goals and Responsibilities for Participants Throughout Their College Journey

Participants are required to contribute a minimum of 10 hours each week. These hours can be dedicated to various community service activities, which must be sanctioned by the board, including assisting neighbors, maintaining outdoor spaces such as landscaping, or performing household chores like cleaning rooms and taking out the trash. This initiative is designed to ensure that students develop a sense of responsibility, accountability, and cleanliness before entering the workforce upon graduation.
